Very nice work!!
Nice new old 064 love them a bunch there just hard not to love. Lol. Good job.
Mine to hope you hold on to that one it will most likely out last ether one of us.lolThank you! They are pretty cool saws. One of my favorites
Look out she might take it over and you'll never get it back!!
That's gotta be the most expensive pressure/vacuum tester I've ever seen. Looks like five hundred dollars worth of swagelok fittings right there. LOL.Pressured it up and had me worried for a minute. Pretty fast leak... got some soapy water and sprayed the seals, base and spark plug. Luckily the plug just needed tightened up.

Held 8 PSI and 10in vacuum no problem

Whatever works that's what I say. LolYeah fittings and valves came from a buddy and the only reason I used those. Valves are rated to 3000 psi, crankcase not so much lol.
I'd clean that right up and run it. If you're putting it back on the same crankcase then you're likely good to go.
If you're moving it over to another case, then of course you'll need to check the squish.
Should I try and remove or clean up the inside of the cylinder? Piston looks pretty good but not sure if I should touch up the cylinder walls
It’s a little worn, hard to get the lighting right

Run your fingernail over the cylinder wall vertically next to the exhaust port and see if there's a "hump" right below the port.
It looks like the port wasn't beveled much and that may have caused the rings to "bounce" in and out at high speeds.
