Pressured it up and had me worried for a minute. Pretty fast leak... got some soapy water and sprayed the seals, base and spark plug. Luckily the plug just needed tightened up.

Held 8 PSI and 10in vacuum no problem

That's gotta be the most expensive pressure/vacuum tester I've ever seen. Looks like five hundred dollars worth of swagelok fittings right there. LOL.

I'd clean that right up and run it. If you're putting it back on the same crankcase then you're likely good to go.

If you're moving it over to another case, then of course you'll need to check the squish.

Should I try and remove or clean up the inside of the cylinder? Piston looks pretty good but not sure if I should touch up the cylinder walls

You could do some light sanding by hand. What's with that distortion along the bottom of the exhaust port?

Run your fingernail over the cylinder wall vertically next to the exhaust port and see if there's a "hump" right below the port.

It looks like the port wasn't beveled much and that may have caused the rings to "bounce" in and out at high speeds.

Nothing... it looks worse in the pics but the bore feels really smooth on both sides. No humps vertically either.
