I have a new tank for this build. The plastic top shroud is a older metal badge and a different Orange color. I swapped the carburetor housing over to match






Pressure and Vac tested

Found a NOS older tank as well but that’s for a different day...





Oil pump is in and a new hose installed

This is about where I stand as of now. Need to track down a West Germany badge and then install the recoil hardware.
Also need to pickup a OEM clutch cover and heat shield for under the muffler

Cool so I'm guessing you put finger port's in that cylinder.

Have you ran the DC cylinder Kyle? If so, what were your thoughts from a performance perspective? Any carb shenanigans going on here or will you be running a stock carb? I’ll hang up and listen.

I have yet to run it, I’m a slacker when it comes to that. Need to round up badge for the rewind and get that riveted on and then I’ll put the guts in the rewind housing. As far as I can tell just a stock WJ6A.

How cheap was it I paid a good penny for a new OEM translate tank for mine but it was well worth it love the 064s you might want to contact custom chainsaw parts and see if maybe they might have the recoil bag.

I found a metal tag for her on Ebay, ordered a OEM dual port muffler, and sent her off for some extra bananas and some extra muffler ports...

You built an outstanding saw for me man and Scott added a little magic. My all time favorite saw now. This little lady will throw some chips!
