Thread Photo op : Finished bucking up the last of my ROCK hard Red Ironbark Euc that came down last year during wind event. Needed the Weedeater to find it,
Playing with 028 from @cgraham1, worked like a charm, though chain is wiped. This crap is so hard an axe bounces off it

You will notice in Australia we cut our firewood rounds to about 1' long.
Any more and you cant split the stuff.

I have a bit of Ironbark to split soon

Yep I have that problem here. I found it a good excuse to leave the axe in the workshop and just noodle for the sake of noodling.. now I have neat blocks of firewood :risas3:
