I love K2, aint nothing wrong with it, except its just a bit salty

I ran R50 for stumping, it smelled awesome for the first 2 minutes, then I was gagging on it, allmost lost my lunch too, so I stopped running it.

I've used K2 at 32:1 in mtronic, autotune, and normal stuff ............. love it

Considering I was buying ultra for whatever ridiculous price my Stihl dealer got for it, k2 should be a savings.

    I think $11 for a “2.5 gallon” bottle

Thanks Mike. I have some. Just haven't tried it yet. Mainly because I hardly ever hear anyone talk about it.

How’s k2 or 2r mix with the gas in cold temps? That’s pretty important to me as I am cutting a lot this winter.

The ultra was 6 or 8 ounces for $11, whatever mixes with 2.5 gal to make 50:1

I know guys who have had great luck with it in bikes. I dont care for it based on the smell alone. It stinks!
Also worth noting that back in the day Honda used Yamalube 2R poured into Honda jugs.

Most oils dont have a problem staying mixed(castor based do seperate below 40). You would be smart to keep your mixing oil at room temp until you put it in the fuel.

One thing about K2 I dont like is its hard to tell the fuel is mixed with it. Red Armour is great in this regard as it turns the fuel blood red.

I can't imagine the new formula of Red Armor being that bad... Why would they take a great oil and degrade it ? All because some corporate bean counter said so ? If somebody could get a non sugar coated answer directly from Echo that would be sweet.
