This looks like a thread chaser too. Slotted end is used for external threads

Hmmmm, it's got stihl stamped on it, probably cost 200 bucks but worth only 10 cents in aluminum.

look at that precisely machined dimple in the center, the smooth dignified laser etching and the premium full grain rubber adhered to the back, pure unadulterated quality and dare I say it....panache

I believe it is painted but a softish alloy, the paint is meant to protect the item it contacts but it is not traditionally used in an environment where explosives are present.

I'm guessing the multi piece thread chaser includes a go, no-go thread gauge. For checking the tolerances of threaded holes?
Battery post and terminal cleaner. Twist and turn the knurled spring to clean the connections. I have a blue one just like it.

gold pliers are for decorative chains like you hang light fixtures from, they open and close the ornamental loops without scratching the chain.

the 1124 block off plate is for the clamp on muffler style 088 cylinder only
