    Muffler mod worked out pretty well. It's a piece of .5" x 1.5" box tubing angled in the back. It fit right in there better than I expected. 20180919_094703-1.jpg

    Agreed, but not ported some are better than others. I have only heard of maybe six jugs that are that much betterer from the KS or Gil stables and then you need to find the unicorns among those. :crazylick: Na, I'll pass.
    Tree Monkey just showed you guys how bad core shifts can be even in the best cylinders, heads or blocks. Takes a lot of time to port one let alone index everything and align all the ports. This is a tool to most humans. It will break. KS 10mm 044 and some early 066 were the only Steal ones I thought worth he hype. The rest seem like BS to me in saws but one other. I have no 394-5 imput, yet:(

    What’s stock compression? I decked my cylinder .030” and still have a base gasket. Squish is about .022”
