Took old Blue to the car wash to get all the storage grime off of it on my way to my moms place to work on her house.

Thanks man. Don’t know what I prefer anymore, I’ve had Ford, Chevy and currently have a 2nd gen Dodge diesel...lol! I do prefer Chevy square bodies because that’s what I grew up riding in. But if it’s old it’s cool in my book. Would drive any of them with pride.

All I know is a 130hp PTO chipper is terrifying.
My uncles 1992 unimog is a 120 horse. He's just got a PTO splitter. Now that thing will split as norm and also cross cut/split a clean break through about an 8" round of oak without a sweat. He saves a lot of saw time and back ache doing it like this.

I can not stop looking at that vid, it's so funny.
That's some great dry humour.

Tonight’s outside chow
Tortilla soup and Quesadillas

In Australia it is almost impossible to get decent Tex-Mex food. I make my own - and the Aussies love it. I used to make a 'Texas Chilli' while out in the bush. Someone would shoot a goat, pig or roo and I would whip up a lovely chilli in the camp oven. If anything was left for breakfast, then it was considered even better the following day.

Got the shooting bench set in place yesterday afternoon. Was going to dedicate today to clearing the range but I’m going to be on the phone most of the day as a member of a promotion board.:(. And now it’s looking like 5 straight days of rain starting tomorrow...dammit.

As a Texan, I had to learn how to cook Mexican food here in Ireland. There is one burrito place here on the whole island that is passable. It's not quite Mexican, but if you want a burrito or taco in a pinch, it'll do. So, I have to make all my own mexican food. The good news is I was doing it stateside long before I moved to Ireland.

Breakfast Taco:

Chicken Mole:

Carne Guisada(which I don't think I've seen outside of Texas much even stateside):

And the last Taco truck I visited stateside. This is in San Antonio. I like the billboard in the background for juxtaposition:

I'll bet that Taco truck had some great tacos. Crikey, I got hungry just thinking about some of the great Mexican food I've had out of small stalls and carts.

Only take young nannies, I tried a billy once, that's all I needed to convince me. Funny, the Asian market likes those stinky billies - they consider it a 'hot' meat.
Lol. They'll eat anything. :brush:
