I've got an Echo 620p and it has an Oregon bar mount type D176. I'd like to convert it to D009 Hoosky/Dolkita. Who are the go to manufacturers of adapters? Educate me on this topic!

Thanks

There is an adapter for D176 to the D025 stihl mount . The problem with going to D009 mount is, 8.2mm to 9mm not alot of material to get between the studs and the bar.
Most people just use a peice of broken recoil spring to make their own adapter. Heat up with a little propane torch and bend a little figure 8 to get fancy to drop on to bar studs.

Going forward, ECHO should make a running change to the 620p models- use the same 9mm studs that are on their 7310p models. But that wouldn't help us current owners.

Wish I could claim it was mine.
Homelite bars used to be sold with such a little adapter for the difference between the 3/8ths and 5/16ths studs.

Make custom bar studs , convert Your saw to 9mm studs and negate the need for bar adapters.

Follow Sondre's lead!
Or utilize a strip of 0.5mm stainless steel bent into a figure 8.

All good suggestions above.

The screw ms hole don’t perfectly up, but this flawlessly converted my Echo CS-800P to a Stihl D025 mount:

SUPROJDM Chainsaw Bar Adapter Convert Stihl Bars to Husqvarna & Other saws https://a.co/d/euZ8MvZ

File it to fit your bar stud’s spacing carefully for a couple of minutes - it’s meant for a Husky whose studs are slightly differently spaced - and you’ll have the perfect adapter that press-fits onto the saw. I never had to worry about falling when removing a chain in the bush.

Just throwing an option out to convert the saw to the most popular mount in the USA.
