Yet another 346 build thread

All chain is stihl RS fresh off the grinder. Wood is sugar maple.
Feel free to discuss.

.325 7 was fastest, then 325 8, then 3/8 7. Sounds good

I don't remember the numbers I did, but I believe I ended up with .030" pop-up & .020" squish

I cut .035 off of the base, .031 off of the piston, and took .010 out of the chamber. Worked the lowers and bottom of the piston, widening the intake and exhaust now.

This saw, is still going strong, resides in the high mountains of Colorado. Cutting 6-8k feet the compression works out.

It was round 240 psi here (650ft)

Forgot bout this thread lol. Think I found enough stuff to build another.

Tis true. Feels funny starting em left handed.

Bill/griffonks had this saw at geniusfest. I'm sure it got ran a bit.

No, I haven't ran much go fast chain in general. It's on the list tho.
