My FIL was a welder and had a slew of these huge wrenches. When he passed I got them. The Husky wrench is US made and a nice one. I have a lot of these big wrenches of all kinds. A lot of them are Craftsmans.

On a serious note, how many people will ever wear out a ratchet? Very few is my guess unless you are a mechanic and use them all day every day. I've got some old ratchets that were used by mechanics every day and are still good to go. The average guy will never wear out a ratchet except maybe break it.
I've got a Snap On with Uncle Lucky's dealer now: thank you for reminding me.

Snap On was once better than it is now.

real visegrips are the only locking plier worth buying...the rest belong in the scrap heap!
