How far back will Snap-On go? Any hope of getting parts for this ratchet on the left?

View attachment 17368
The is a date of manufacture code forged into that ratchet. It would be interesting to see when it was made.
My brother has one that looks like that. His was made in the 50's.

Waterloo built Craftsman. A friend of mine owns a tool distributor. He used to buy all Waterloo's seconds and scratch n dents. By the forty foot container load. I remember some of them had that Ball Bearing tag on them.
knew a guy that worked there... got me a brand new roller one,,for direct cost..and the snap on man wanted it bad...bye, bye....

Mine is a Magnum bottom but the top was made for export. All the setup instructions were still with it,in Japanese.

Had a chance to sort through the tool box I picked up yesterday.

Lots of stuff inside, 95 Craftsman sockets (all USA made), a bunch of wrenches, etc. some Snap-On, Mac and Matco stuff too.

Also this Crescent wrench.

Also in the box was this John Lambert style rasp, a full 17" long.

A couple of nice older USA made flaring tools. There is also a nice old tubing cutter as well.

Anyone know what this might be?

Perhaps the gem is this folding Stanley rule made of Rosewood and brass. It folds in 2 different directions.
