M-tronic has been around almost 10 years now, it's pretty much bulletproof at this point, not to mention it's saved chainsaws from the gorillas that run them in more ways than one.

I had a few issues with it here and there that pissed me off.. but as you said a solenoid or reset fixed that.

For a worksaw I think it's a perfect system...just my opinion.

Older ones can be brought back to snuff with a new diaphragm kit as well.
