On the bench today? A 1971 Allis Chalmers HD 11E. Been sitting for about 20 years; was on the property when the guy bought it and he doesn't have any history.

It's roached, and I really have no interest in putting it on a lowboy and taking it home, but I am going to try to get it running, moving, and operating.

nothing on the "bench" cuz I need to use the tablesaw...as a tablesaw, lol
took 2 days to go from chainsaw mode to tablesaw mode

Any tablesaw left unguarded can turn into a bench. Any bench unguarded can turn into a shelf.

Is even an aftermarket 346 cylinder that much better than a 350 cylinder?
The dukes 346 cylinder saw Greg did for me is amazing and is as fast or faster than a ported 346 oe. I am sure stock it is definitely faster than this open port 44mm 350 cylinder. But I will be porting the 346 and 353 cylinders once I get the bases machined
