What's on your bench?

On the bench today? A 1971 Allis Chalmers HD 11E. Been sitting for about 20 years; was on the property when the guy bought it and he doesn't have any history.

It's roached, and I really have no interest in putting it on a lowboy and taking it home, but I am going to try to get it running, moving, and operating.

Got a 562xp MK1 that has super low compression. Scored on the exhaust side, have to get the carb off to see the intake side.

Not sure yet, I was told it was straight gassed but looking like a leak as well.

Made a little more progress carb pile was not that promising took 3 carbs to make 1 good 1. Coming together swapped recoils from my 309 so the recoil has the newer generic sticker. Coming along fairly nice so far though

Any tablesaw left unguarded can turn into a bench. Any bench unguarded can turn into a shelf.
