Hey Brian. Question. Awhile back, maybe a few months, the FIRST time i put a piston in the 2159.....well its back on the bench. I believe it was u that had posted a pic of some grinding work on the lower transfers? If my memory is correct and it was u, by chance do u have that handy? After endless hours of googling and scanning through this thread im over it...figured i would just ask nicely. Pretty pretty please

MM all is good on 441. I dumped his mix that didnt smell right to me. Otherwise looked fine. I text him and he said about 7 months hold.
I put in my fresh mix, put a new plug after going through cleaning and checking over. Started like it should.

Now to fight this pull on 026 too. Got to be the choke on it if not a stiff diaphragm. Everything else checks out.

Oh guy want to know if you can buy stihl replacement handles for the stihl carry box?

You can buy the box but no replacement handle. Box is 0000 900 4009

Thank u! Not the one i remember seeing but the more the merriest. Just trying to grasp what the concept should look like. No timing numbers will be harmed in this experiment unless i Waynes World it. Which is a 99% possibilty. This is more of a learning how a burr bit reacts to a cylinder.

Go slow, go easy, what these guys do is not easy … from someone who can not do it as well as they can!!!

But the last muffler port I opened up looked real nice … so there may be some hope for me!

Thanks fellas. Looks good @Wolverine! Im waiting for burr bits to come in. Just tryin to get my head wrapped around it. I wanna experiment grinding and i think this head is perfect with only having a dremel because of the removeable trans covers.

Agree'd. Without them I probably wouldn't have tried. Make sure you thread lock the cover screws.

Totally understand. i dont expect to be a 1/16 of what these guys r on here. But that doesnt mean i wont try im all ears, and quite frankly this stuff interests the *s-word out of me! Theres always hope! Wer gonna need pics of that muffler Mike!

Nice! Ya ill use loctite for sure. Thanks for the link. I got some cheap yakamoto specials coming on the boat still. How have ur bits been holding up? Impressed?
