Why is that jug bad?

Looks usable from my house.

My concern was that 2 of the scores are deep, what would be the best way to clean them up? The 2 circled on the left are the worst.

Diamond ball if it’s real rough. Sandpaper by hand will usually do it.

Like Mike said above. Diamond ball and then sand and finish.
