Something a little bit different, Danarm 55...quite similar to the 1-10 type McCulloch saws.
Rather dirty and some corrosion inside. I do believe I will be able to get everything cleaned up and operable in time.

It is indeed very similar to the early 10 Series McCulloch saws but certainly not at all identical. Notice, for example the larger O.D. of the PTO side seal and the wider flywheel side seal. Different arrangement holding the fuel tank to the engine block without the screw through the oil tank. Different size fasteners too, 1/4-28 screws holding the crankcase halves together rather than the 12-24 fasteners used in the 10 Series. More details to follow in the coming days.
