Husqvarna 55. Looks good on the outside, but....

First time I've ever done a top end, but the saw was free so why not. Any recommendations for a p/c kit?
New OEM is around $100. I would try to clean up the cylinder first and use a meteor in first. Replace the impulse and intake seals while you have it apart. Common failure point.
They sure don't last as long as I'd expect. What did the new ones cost?

$1,338.21
Shame, that is a closed port 55 and pistons are not available OEM or aftermarket. A new OEM open port top end is only $100.00
Is there that much difference between the open port and closed port?
Here's a piston for ya...

Any excavator is better than no excavator. Lol.Nice machine, mine is much older and does not have an enclosed cab, but it does have side swing on the boom which is a nice feature.
