This thing is on my bench. Couldnt pass up a late model 066 for $65. Came with the bar and chain. Has at least a roasted piston. Probably from the slam packed air filter thats on it. Piston is rough on the exhaust side but cant see any scoring on the intake side cylinder wall through the exhaust port. Havent pulled the jug yet to see if it is salvageable. Also needs two stripped lower muffler mount holes fixed and two new bar studs. Id say it was worth it for at least the entertainment.

Haha. It does have a broken brake handle too. Does that make it better? Can we be friends again?

Waiting on a new carb for an ms180 and working on a br550. Looks like she needs some carb love. Seems even with the low screw turned in all the way it runs the same. lol

Won the 372xp half wrap for $6 from China. Once it comes in in a few weeks I'll post if I can get it to fit my cs-590.

Edit: new spindle for my mower should be in this week. No grease spots on the old one, but the new one does have one. I'll replace the other spindle later on this summer.

I've got 4 extra Chinese half wraps i took off my four 372s but shipping would be more than that they are well made bars.

Yeah I got echo 603 backpack blower worked for a bit then goes to flood mode now. Carb kit is in order. Small price to pay for great blower I got for free

If I can't figure it out I have a friend that works with metal all day and has a die maintenance degree. He said he wouldn't mind looking at it. I'll give him the plastic handle and that half wrap and let him have at it.

I bought some of those cheap 250 carbs for the 170s and 180s abdmuff modded them fun little suckers when they can breath.

Wonder if a huztl stihl clutch drum and rim will fit the cs-590? Once I get the handle worked out that's the only other thing I want to do but hate to pay full echo price for the rim sprocket setup

Whats on my bench is a really clean yellow poulan that wasnt supposed to get cleaned.lol
I went to clean some of my project saws i got and finished cleaning this yellow poulan, went to put back on atv where i thought i got it from and oh crap i grabbed a saw i was fixing for someone else. So now i got to real nice.clean yellow saws.

Bet that other o e will never be this clean again.

I'm hard on bars this was a half hour of blocking lol
This one's a few weeks old on the china 372 they don't hold their paint but it doesn't matter to me
I'm no saw polisher
