My son finished building the 026 that is now his! We fired it up today but have to go back in. It flooded and might have to lower the metering lever. He got a little excited when it fired up!

Husky 372 xtorq. Owner said it just stopped running. Took muffler off and piston looked ok, had some carbon streaks. Tried pulling the recoil to see the rest of piston and it wouldn't move. Bottom end is locked up. By the looks of the bottom end there's very little oil getting down there. No oily residue on the crank rod at all. Con rod bearing is toast..

Any chance I could buy the "G" parts off your 353? I could send you a regular flywheel for the 353 too.
I dont plan to pick parts from the 353 G I got.
I do have a few spare G parts for 346/353, need to look through what I have stored, it may be a full G set except front handle&switch..

345 - year 99, self modded crankhouse!

Those are for 345 - year 03, with luck one of them can be used.

Gotta admit I hate clamshells, can't find any positive side with them, if I can rebuild one 345 it's not gone stay in my house.

Not sure. About a year ago I got a couple 372s and some other saws off him. Almost all of them had bad con rods. I asked what oil/ratio and he said 50/1 with whatever oil. I told him he needs to start running a good oil at 40/1. I see he didn't take my advice. When I dumped the fuel out of the tank of this 372 it was blue.

Next to my bench at the shop, Oregon
Yesterday I went to the shop and serviced up my ms170 and homelite super xl. Then went through the fuel system on my project mcculloch 610 and she lives! Runs like a Top to. Has a 20 inch bar, gonna sharpen the chain and see how she does....if she pulls the bar well I'll throw a 24 or 28 inch on there......big saw needs a long bar.....even if it is only 60 cc. lol Actually that saw was capable of a 28" from the reading I've done.
