Yep. Or weld in the bolts and put the nuts on the outside.
I do that for holding deflector on so I can use lock nuts.

My favorite for exhaust work is still the dremel multi cut tile bit. It has a longer profile and is easier for me to keep the exhaust and intake flat from inside to outsideI'm low rent dremel guy lol keep the speed down and these suckers do a good job.
Me too, hence me having a race jockey lol. Although I haven't practiced at all, other than testingI'm normally good at most of things I've tried, but cant racing has been tough for me to get good at.
