Damn. I usually run a real slow speed around the ports. I try to avoid the area directly around the ports all together until my final pass with the finest grit.

Yeah I got greedy that 180 was fast. And hard to get in a pic but I would of played hell removing some chunks from the squish band area

7910 muffler tore apart, needs a set of nuts welded back in, and might as well get rid of that epa BS, think I will just cut it off so that then piece that goes into the cylinder will still be there and flow right in the empty shell of the muffler, that should help it breathe
