I would not worry about the decompression valves, would worry me more to have another saw that was hard to start.
Don't have to some dude is bringing his pile of "goldmine" stihls he hit which is six ms 211s with start assist and two complete 170s i can have for fixing them lol. Reckon just order a new bearing.Lol
