What was the Husqvarna saw?I ran 4 stihl saws today and 1 husky
The Husky stopped cause screws came loose and fell out and I forgot to bring the magnet tray

Sorry mate.
It was just the screws that hold the bottom muffler bracket to the muffler.
They have now been re-fitted with loctite
Did you forget your magnet tray too?lol I have lost the exact same screws on the same saw.
I prefer honda...parts are easy to get...I didn't build this one it's just here getting a new pipe and top handle...I do have a ktm motor here I gotta get together thoughWhen your building bikesaws.
Is there certain engines you look for and to avoid?
I use a cone program for templates. ..and fusion weld everything with a tigDamn Brett, that's intriguing.
Do you use computer software to make your rings for the pipe?
Do u routinely backpurge when welding them up?
even they need locktite its hard to dislike their shape and front handle angle, I've tryed all I could to like the orange/white ones but they just doesn't fit me.Haha forget the degree wheel, you need loctite!
I have an 034 here in exactly the same condition. Looks like the clutch flew apart and took everything from the case out with itCurrent bench top saw is an 036.
Mate found it at the rubbish dump, had suffered a catastrophic failure of something in the clutch area with everything in the area written off and chunks of metal stuck in the oil and goop
Gunna port it, make it go fast
