I think I paid 5,65$ included tax for each SKF 6202 C3 bearing I bought last time, december 2015.

Those I got was made in Italy, no extra things on them, simple 6202 C3, extras is slighlty more expensive.

Edit: I would think when they cost 12$ for each over there it's only two reasons, either the import company have monopoly or wrong shop where contacted.

The zz rating adds a bit to the cost. If I was needing them today the $5 more over ebay isn't a killer on a $400 saw any way.

I agree, when I need to get them I buy from those who can deliver asap.
When I have time I buy bulk, quality and best price.

The SKF in C3 ZZ are a little cheaper on ebay. I would probably go that route next time but JJ hooked me up with enough 6202 to get 2 more cases split if they need it.

the norwegian money is so weak nowadays, only thing I buy on ebay is caber rings and meteor pistons.
I think I counted that I needed 30 6202 C3 bearings for my projects. When I save 10$ for each bearing it start to be huge amount money saved by buying direct from one SKF dealer in Norway

0,7mm was the original gasket, Carlsberg gasket 0,15mm, brings me down to squish 0,018", wonder how much it will bring the compression up, she had 165psi.

In the shipment I got a couple pistons as well:

And, I manage to pick up one more 242 oem bearing in Norway, have two of those NLA bearings now.

I have a couple Husky 42 projects as well, those two will take longer time due I had to get the gasket sets from US, somehow they are NLA here.
You never know what you get with Husky, I thought the whole time that one crankcase is one crankcase, my 90 had drilled holes for generator, 97 not. Both are now prepared for generator and heathed handles, me not gone freeze my fingers!
