Husqvarna 125BT backpack blower with a cracked flywheel. Fortunately the crank and key were okay. Another flywheel is on the way.

Another 95cc Dolmar. I’ve been on a roll and this is #3. It’s the first one built from a cut off saw case. Oil passages drilled, every single hole had to be tapped, including the LH thread for the chain catcher, oil pump modification. Case had to be milled (by Dremel) to fully seat the axel for the chain brake. Nail for chain brake spring had to be installed. Other custom fitting of available chain brake parts . Probably other stuff too, just forgot. Anyway, lot a darn work.

I’m going to come up short on parts for this one. Gonna need an air filter cover. If anyone can help, I got cash or parts to trade. Muffler too?
Aslo, since I’m begging , one of those little metal plates that’s used to capture the brake band, mounts on those two screw holes.

Maybe check with oldpartsinasiajoe on AS for those bits, he seems to have all kinds of dolmar goodies.

Another 262 that I finally, after about 8 years, got done building. All it needs is the handle bolts that are coming.

Playing around with this tinker toy. I cut with it for ten minutes and twenty minutes later the muffler is still too hot to touch. Can't believe how corked up they are. Time to operate...
