My family tree is insanely diverse and chaotic... Lots of controversial areas and discussions could be had. From Royalty, Anglo Saxon, Nazis, English pirates, Dalton Gang out west, the Bananno Crime family and much more.

Nice looking spikes! Brilliant idea! I got a pile of used circular saw blades....now I know what I saved them for.

They work well, plasma cutter gets then roughed into shape quick and the carbide burr/flap disc finish them off. They gold up great.

It's a later one, tell tell signs are the 4mm top cover screws, transparent tank, and one piece ignition module like the one on early 088

On my bench today - 7.3 IDI diesel heads - lapped the valves, Comp Cams springs installed at 1.800". Ready to hear this sucker run.

Dolmar 6100 carb on the bench for mods. Couldn’t get the saw off the rev limiter with the low jet on the fat side + plus the high jet 4 turns out. So, first I enlarged the feed hole on the bottom of the nozzle from .020” to 0.023” and then to 0.026”. Still not enough fuel. After talking with @Mastermind, I knocked the nozzle out and drilled through the existing main supply to the other side with a 0.026” micro drill.

i am so sick of my job, im grateful that i have a good job. i sure miss climbing trees and working with my saws. it was a lot of work and im pretty sure that tree work and my rough way of living wore out my joints. but i still like tree work way batter than woring at the railroad.

Pulled out the 10-10A yesterday, cleaned up the fuel system and decided to try without a carb kit. Got it to start and nearly run, with 1 turnout on both H & L. Way to much fuel even with both turned in to half turn. The walbro on this saw will need a kit as the valve under the welsh plug is most likely shot. It sure sounds good during the brief run periods.
