Finished up a parts replacement and tune up/oil change on a newer Lawn Boy push mower with Kohler XT650 engine. Needed a new auto choke arm/thermostat, governor spring and anti surge spring. Adjusted rpm to 3000 and running sweet. Air filter was just plugged solid so I have a new one on the way.

McCulloch 250 I restored years ago. Was very low hr to start with still had the original rim barely worn with yellow paint on it from the factory.
I ended up giving it away to a mate I couldn't take to it slow revving woefully slow cutting for my liking I think the super is more desirable of the two. 066 spoils ya lol

Picked this up off ebay and it just arrived, the piston looks good and has good compression.. I thought that after a couple of Stihls I would go back to Husqvarna but they are starting to grow on me, the down side is the price of Stihl parts.

Put the new air filter in the Kohler and test ran it, ran perfect. Just need to write up his invoice tomorrow evening and deliver it Friday night.

Also got a Honda GX390 on a Target street saw running with a new carb. Remounted water tank and runs nice. Tomorrow I just need to replace the plug, change the oil and pick up an M6x1.0 wing nut for the air filter cover.

One of my all time favorites. While buying bearings and some other small parts to rebuild mine, I came across a NOS case. Nabbed that up and collected almost everything to build a 2nd, with mostly NOS parts. Gonna do a hybrid this time though.

If I had a 460 cylinder I'd be building another hybrid.
