Let's see how they are in 10 years. They are great but I have my doubts on their longevity.2511t echo
Regardless of the price they are not going to last 20 years. Also it's not an apples to apples comparison. The 2511 has its place but it will never be what the 200t is. They are awfully handy saws though! Not the first time we don't agree on something and I'm sure it won't be the last![emoji1787]
I just sold this one to an arborist for the equivalent of $540USD, and he reckoned that was an incredible deal! Not hating on the 200t at all though. They're great...pretty much dominate the top handle market. Id buy one if I could find a deal on one. But I'd buy a new echo before I spent what people want for a beat up used 200t.

Yep, did come up well, didn't need much TBH. New sprocket cover, sparkplug, fuel filter, rear AV mount and the little ring that goes on the inside of the intake behind the carb. Pretty sure that's where the air leak was coming from. It idles and tunes nicely now, and cuts fast for a little saw!Good looking saw!
Thats another good looking saw! I'd be surprised if that doesn't jump up a bunch!Just finished this up too and popped it on the local Auction site. Has a bid of approx $840 so far (which could go up). New rings, oil pump drive, and front LH AV mount were the only major things it needed.

X2 that the 2511 is the greatest top handle ever...?x2
I almost never run a 200t or 201t any more.
@PA Dan, are you raising the transfer uppers on that 200t jug?
X2 that the 2511 is the greatest top handle ever...?
Yes I will be.
Some run the 3/8 low profile and others run 1/4 stihl conversion. What bars and chains are you guys running on the 2511's? Stock or ported?
