Rebuilding a 261/2. Looks to be very low use.
I wound up rubbing off most of the perfect factory sticker on the bottom of the case.

Find a metal seal holder to replace that plastic one. The warp and create an air leak.

Stupid fuel pump, f250 hd . Had to rewire the cpu because some ford engineer decided to delete the relay and bury it in the computer in 2002.

But sometimes they're not used to the speed of a good saw and find the ground with my chain?

Not so much on my bench, but more so on my garage floor. New to me, used, Honda snowblower. In decent shape, but I’ve installed new scraper bar, skid shoes, belts, plug. Doing oil tomorrow, and some adjustments on the fitment on the auger housing to the frame. Secondary poly skid shoes are on the way, and will be installed. The skid shoes behind the auger housing are in a terrible spot, which is a well known issue on these. The secondary skid shoes will be installed on the side of the auger housing, like on any other snowblower.

Diaphragms were still soft, the carb was in a Walbro box with the little red rubber caps on it, it looked like a legit new carb to me. This was after a test run w/all new fuel lines and a new fuel filter. Maybe it was my fault, but the screen in the old, well used carb was cleaner than that so I doubt it was my doing.

Where is the go-to place for new wrap tubing? I picked up a 288 Pro Safety wrap that's missing the rubber and I'd like to put new grips on it before I put it on the saw.
