The storms the past few days weren't too bad. Thunder/lightning, wind and rain. Power flickered once. Last night I was getting my hair cut and power flickered three times.

So you wanted him to post pics of his sharpened chain so you could *s-word on them? Hahaha

No. Not really. I don't really *s-word on anyone. Just more curious than anything.
Thank you sir.

It is how it looks though.

I have never ridiculed anyone for their cutters. If anything I've tried to help. If that makes me a bad guy then so be it.
If he doesn't want to post a photo of the ground sharpened cutter, no worries. Life is good.
Good golly! You guys must be really damn bored! I haven't posted a pic of a sharpened cutter because I've forgotten to take one! @RI Chevy I am not offended, I welcome any critiquing you guys can offer. If I got offended by people on the internet commenting on my chain grinding job based off of one of my crappy phone pics, regular life would have caused me to melt down by now. @big t double If I am truly offended by something or don't like something I can and will speak up about it. I didn't really see that comment RI Chevy made as *s-wording on me. Same to @Egg Shooter, I didn't see any malice in RI Chevy's comment.

Back on topic, my 10-10 refused to start after I pulled and re-installed the points and condenser so I'm currently troubleshooting that. I had to stop and let the adhesive holding my coil wire in place set, and tomorrow I'll be busy playing the bed swapping game with two trucks and 3 beds. Maybe I'll get back to the 10-10 on Saturday, maybe not.

Go ahead and start a thread,I'm sure most everyone will keep it going. Those competition choppers can get pricey. I've thought about going in that direction, but I enjoy making EDC and camp knives.

getting offended on someone’s behalf is vaginal, I don’t do that. I legit thought it was funny that he asked someone to post a pic, then *s-word on the contents of the pic. That’s all. It made me laugh. Funny is funny. Are you offended for richevy because I said something?

What I find really interesting is how differently some individuals would act in person than they do online. Or they choose to side with someone they met on the internets rather than someone they met in person. Makes me laugh and shake my head in disbelief. I guess these tough times bring out the worst and best in people. Mostly the worst though. Lol

Here’s the chain I did for my 10-10, it’s dirty from sitting but it hasn’t been run since I ground it. I wouldn’t have chosen chipper chain, but since I had a loop that fit I decided I’ll wear this one out before I buy a new one.

A friend who owns a tree service calls and says “I’ve got a few saws needing some repair”. I go out and find (3) 200T’s, (2) 460’s, (2) 440’s, 360,461,241c, 250, some others too, I think. I’ll be busy for a while it looks like. 5BCFDD87-903A-4237-9245-33E61C115A7F.jpeg

I am pissed right now. I took a break from bodywork to install the new intake boot and carb seat thingy on the 350 and it now leaks from the intake region even worse! Currently it won't even begin to hold pressure and I can't see where it's leaking from due to the cramped design. I seriously wanna chuck this saw in the trash and buy the guy a different one. Now I recall why I sold my 346 in favor of my MS250....

You might replace the impulse line if you pull it apart again. They have that weird bend in them and I've seen several crack from age.

Bob J. Told me to light up a big stogie and blow smoke down a carb to find a leak once.

In my neck of the woods that stogie would be a doobie, but I still don't know anyone that smokes. Would the flame from an internal tannerite explosion work?

How is the boot to cylinder joint made bro? Clip, clamp, oetiker? There's only it and the carby to boot joint that can leak surely?

Boot, plastic rim thingy, and clamp.
You'd think so, but I swear this saw will invent fittings/joints to leak from.
Just be like slick Willie, don't inhale.
The flame or doobie? ;) I do know that advice applies to both.

Sooo, is the boot one that was originally Plastic clamp of Death that you have modified? Or a newer Designed for a stainless steel screw clamp style?
