I made popcorn to watch the inevitable fighting in this new oil thread. Y'all mucking it up with bench products n such. Very disappointed.
Husky oil for the win! Last time I “ran” this was when @heimannm dropped by a few weeks ago, looks lubed enough for me!

Stihl FS55R coil replacement. After coil replacement it started on the first pull. Also tossed in a new plug, greased the gearbox and adjusted the throttle cable and carb as needed.

Interesting. So cutting slash means they're loggers?
LMAO.
I'm just funnin here with you.
Before this gets out of hand.
To me, a wrap on 50cc saw is a waste, but just my opinion.

When you’re slashing or precommercial thinning it makes a lot of sense it gives you more reach on the clutch side. If you watch those guys they’re always flipping the saw around from side to side like we do when limbing.

Wish i could find a 3/4 wrap or 2 for my 038 magnums

They came with the actual full wrap ( not easy to find) , I modified an aftermarket 440 3/4 wrap to fit by clamping the fuel tank side brace in a vise and followed the bend of the half wrap. It didnt snap on me but could so go slow if you attempt it.

Might have to try the 440 handle then. Hiw far did you have to bend it?

Well i couldn't wait. I put a bar an chain on it and cut a couple cookies. Half way through the second i thought, crap never put bar oil in lol. Ran good. Kind of a turd but it's not broke in yet and i had it little rich. I think it will really benafit from a muffler mod. Sounds pretty choked up. But its hotter then cat shi t on a tin roof so im done for the day.
It fit rite in with the rest of the crew

For now I'm putting in a stock Zenoha 32cc with tuned pipe. Eventually I'll upgrade to a 34cc reed case engine, built by O'Neal brothers racing, that puts out 9.4 hp.
