Just finished up this MS271. Came in with a scored up piston, and it looked like the someone left the chain brake on at high idle... Anyway, she runs decent for what it is. I am giving it to my brother-in-law until his MMWS 562 is ready.

Working on my free generator. Gonna start by giving it some fresh gas. I was told it ran when parked so will find out later when i get it drained.

She's got a few hours under her belt but far from what I'd consider high for a smaller class gen set.

Buddy Mike and I took a ride to the equipment dealer this morning. I finally got the light kit for my new mower. Installed it when we got back. Test tonight to see how it works. Also got myself a new trimmer.

I agree, only took a minute or so to get the plastic shrouding off to get access. Wish it was this easy on every vehicle. Lol

Full service on the Toro SW4200. Oil and filter, fuel filter, air filter, plugs, grease the casters, touch up the blades. Set the tire pressure and charge the battery overnight.

Also hung up my trimmer in the garage. Not feeling so hot so I'm taking it easy. Allergies are killing me. Shoulders/neck are bothering me too from loading up the mower Monday night.
