All done. Carb came out perfectly clean. Runs excellent. New solution in the ultrasonic cleaner works excellent. Quick easy money!! Going to do some snow blowing with it tomorrow.

View attachment 281433 View attachment 281434 Converting the 266 case to fit the 272xp cover and clear the larger 272xp style air cleaner. Some machinable epoxy smearing into the lip to drill and tap the back cover screw that does not line up. Then a stainless steel tap drill and tapped to the front cover hole. With a hold down screw and some locktite for the front screw hole that’s does not line up. Minor modification to the top cover is pull the screw and take off the thickness of the tab from the plastic so that hat sits flat still

I’ve never used it that concentrated. I have a 10 or 15 L, and I put a few gallons of water in it and a couple glugs of mean green. I was always scared if I used it stronger it would peel the paint off.

I had some pretty dirty 044 cases that wouldn’t clean up well. After about three hours, the paint started to lift. I was worried that it was the cleaner, but now I’m actually thinking it’s the amount of time combined with the hot water that’s peeling it

Kevin i use Mean Green 100% to clean parts

If it helps loosen paint its makes blasting easier plus removes oil from cases makes powdering better

Carbs and cyl get bright and clean
The hotter the better but when hot mean green evaporates very fast

So i dont leave mean green in UC only while cleaning i return it back into jugs it came in

I tried awesome it didnt do *s-word compared to mean green
