Despite not feeling the best I got my buddy's snowblower pretty much all done. Carb rebuilt, oil change, new spark plug. Waiting for a primer as when I went to replace the primer hose I broke off the nipple thinking it was the common snap in Tecumseh primer, turns out it is threaded into the blower housing.

Buddy's generator is just about complete. Installed the new battery and test ran it to get stabilizer into the carb. Just need the air filter and pre filter which I'll have Friday.

Did some cleaning and had to call it quits when my chest started hurting. Took my temperature and it's normal at 98.1. Still don't have the results of my test yet. Been taking vitamin c d and zinc.

Serviced our new to us Suzuki DF2.5. "Well looked after"......

Dirty engine oil, mud all through impeller and water passages, nylon around prop base, inlet screen rattling around in the bottom of the cowling. Bolts had never seen grease which tells me no servicing in its 7 year life...

I added a propguard to keep my loved ones fingers and toes attached while I was at it.

The boy has now done his first impeller, not un-aided but it's a start.IMG_20210113_174014.jpg IMG_20210113_155308.jpg IMG_20210113_163926.jpg IMG_20210113_174043.jpg IMG_20210113_155320.jpg

More quarantine wrenching. BR340 for a coworker tank vent replacement. Also tossed in a new plug and fuel filter. Ran for 40 minutes at full tilt no issue.

Checked out the pair of 028's I bought last fall from David Young. Ill be able to build 1 from the 2. Need to put together a parts list.

Setup my wall heater for the shop. Need to get my 2 100lb propane tanks filled which might be a challenge as they're both from 1999. Using a single Mr Heater tank mounted at the moment but it's not cutting it too well. It's only 15k btu. The wall mounted is 30k btu and has a fan.

I finally got the carb kits for the Makita concrete saws and the damned things did not have buna-n checks .Those fiber glass or whatever they are .I did get one going but it's not right .Would not start on de comp so it might need a new ring, It only has one .I'll get on the other saw tomorrow . I really didn't want to have to change a ring but some times ya gotta do what you gotta do .Other than that they are in good shape cosmetically .
