Funny thing is, the urologist suggested drinking 2 oz of lemon juice mixed with 2 oz of olive oil as a preventative. Said it helps with breaking down the calcium deposits. Its actually good, tastes like the lemon butter crab sauce

Yikes. I've seen the toughest strongest guys brought to their knees with kidney stones. I hope I never get them.
Glad to hear your doing a little better.

It's now a concrete saw, Makita DCP 7321 .Has compression and spark .I thought I'd check the carb .Oh my had to go to You Tube to figure out how to remove it .These things certainly are not like a chainsaw .Makes sense in a way to keep them from digesting concrete dust things need to be kind of sealed up . If the carb is okay or needs a rebuild this doesn't look like too big of a deal .I need an M8 by 20 blade bolt is all, got the 14" wheels .

Last one I passed -- I drank a concoction like that. It worked actually. I would do it again if I was in the throes of it.

The reason they use nitromethane is the nitro is highly oxygenated so less air is needed for combustion. The cylinder are almost hydro-locked when running full tilt, if they misfire most likely a rod will break or it will lift the head. They claim they are making 8,000 to 10,000 HP but no one has a dyno that can handle them.

I have almost finished putting the three axis DRO on the Grizzly.

Now I've worked on a lot of two cycle powered things but I've never quite seen this before .It's a Makita concrete saw DCP 7321 which is probably a Dolmar design .The entire carb ,choke/run/kill switch is on a mounting board gizmo .I understand why they do it because it runs in a dusty condition and in theory it protects the engine .I had to go to You Tube to figure out how to remove it .The picture is two fold and is worth a thousand words if I fumble getting it back together . If I have the right rebuild kit that should be later on today .

POS plastic Homelite for one of my mom's friends. His complaint was hard starting. Did the basic checks and all okay. Found carb base loose and gasket blown out, looked up gasket and it's NLA. Thinking about using a skim coat of motoseal to seal it up. Gonna mull it over over an Alec Bradley Magic Toast robusto.

After mulling it over, I've decided to make the gasket myself. Going to pick up a set of gasket punches this week and steal a piece of cereal box from the kitchen.

I found out that bullet casings work really well for gasket punches. If you have any around.

Figured I'd post it up it. If it doesn't help you maybe it will help someone else.

I don't have any around. I actually found a nice set on Amazon for less than $20. They'll be here Thursday.

That's exactly what I use as well.

I have a buddy that shoots a bunch and almost all steel cased. I ask him for a coffee can every once in a awhile. They make really nice clean holes. And if you chuck them up in the drill press. Give them a little edge with a file. Man do they work sweet.
