It's a weed wacker .I found it very odd this Ryobi 700R has a reed induction .It's just not something you see often on an engine so small, 31 CC's .It was just a couple fuel lines and a new primer bulb .It runs fine .heaven only knows how long it had sat unused or even how old it is .Needs dialed in but it's way too late to think about wacking weeds .I'll get it next spring .I'm not sure if I can find a blade head for it so I'll just keep the double string gizmo .Damned little thing does not have a clutch which I also find very odd .

Gonna do some cleaning and organizing later. Got some supplies/tools/parts in the mail today along with my new 55 from @CIAmike11. In awesome shape, runs excellent and already has a base gasket delete. I'll get it in the wood this weekend. Gonna run it 20" 3/8 until I get my 18" .325 bar and chain next week.

Garage sale 026 bought as a non running saw for 5$, cylinder is perfect with machine marks on piston still. Went through carb and metering lever was set so high the diaphragm was held against the cover so after that it ran but had air leak. New crank seals and impulse line pressure and vacuum tested well. Gave it a bit of timing while I was changing seals now time to put up for sale.

I’ll give your money back on it.

I should have checked this 025 out better. I rebuilt it and it wasn’t oiling. I found the case to be worn, now I got a parts saw with a good case except for a stripped bar stud. I’m going to try an oversized bar stud in the parts saw and if that works, I’ll swap everything over. Sure is a time killer but no way around it.

So what is the farthest distance you have sent a clutch flying when running a saw with out the bar and chain???

It's perfect out today and the 455 rancher that I can't seem to get rid of had a bite so I thought I'd go make a few cuts with it.
It wasn't oiling as I thought it should so took it apart on a workbench outside.
Decided to test oiler out put with the cover off....
Mine made it past the culvert and almost to the for sale sign across the street...

I actually had the clutch slip past the drum and explod in my wood shed sending shrapnel all over.
Rare McCulloch titan 70. Lives with Mark H. now.

Since you mentioned it as a matter of fact I have a titan 70 .Totally stock and it took me a while but with all the OEM parts it ever came with .Took me forever to find an OEM fuel cap .If it was not so rare I'd do some exhaust work on it to give a little more pep. Too damned quiet and a quiet saw is not a fast saw .It's 70 cc and it should run heads up with a Stihl 044 but it won't .

Yeah I was lucky it stayed in the drum for 99+% of the trip!
Little sucker looked the the DMC in back to the future spiting sparks, making metallic/electrical sounds till it gained momentum on the concrete and took off.
Just no flaming tire tracks...
