I machined a “wedge” from aluminum to go under the bracket the holds the handlebar. It replaces the one on the right made from Fiberglas or something.
Should work good.
I’ll have to install two heli-coils. Not sure what went wrong here yet. The bracket is supposed to fit on a raised up area and on my saw that raised up spot is not there. There are file marks on the case that make it look like it was filed off. Who knows..
