Im just seeing this Dan. I found out half my alerts/emails go to me and half go to my junk folder. Great right? Glad my stupid phone decided it wants to do the thinkin for me
All together but havent ran it yet. I was busy this weekend catching Flatheads on the Mississippi this was our biggest at 27#'s

Got this pig a new fuel and impulse line
Foam and Pressure washed pounds of filth off it
1984 the guy said it was
When he bought it new
Never been apart. handle is broke until he brings me one
I thought it was fitting to put a wildthing
Muff bolt to strengthen the handle.

Shindaiwa T261X, got a new throttle cable adjuster. Used it to trim my yard as well! It's a beast! Quick turnaround equals happy customers!

Funny coincidence, I have my neighbors Stihl 038AV on my maintenance table, rear handle wrapped in duck tape too.

I am just sharpening the chain though.

I gave the 038AV to chew through one of my turkey oak logs after filing the chain, she felt gutless.
Removed the factory stock front muffler cover and was amazed.
Is a muffler mod mandatory on these units?

Tiny little clutch on these too, eh.

Not too much. Spent an extra hour and a half at work since we're slammed so by the time I got home I was pretty low on steam. Mowed the lawn, cleaned up the shop, had a beer and cigar and reassembled the carb on the 034. Seems like a carb kit and ultrasonic clean did the trick. Testing and tuning tomorrow and shootout with the freshly built 357 this weekend!

Cub Cadet tractor that's getting a service

Serviced a pair of lawn tractors after work. They both got oil and filter change, new fuel filters, plugs, air filters, and front end greased. The Cub Cadet is waiting for a new tranny belt. The Troy Bilt also got a new set of blades. His old blades need to go on the wall of shame!
