After crankcase flush, cleaned carbon from the top of piston, carb clean and lots of other little things it runs well, still need to clean flywheel area, get a air cleaner and top cover.
I don't always have a win like this
Justin
I just watched the video, that 066 runs niceI have a dirty old 066 that cleaned up real nice. It ran VG, but I put a Cross P+C on it (the OEM piston was a little scored, but the ring was free) and it ran even better. It is the saw featured in the HL Supply Cross P+C video.
Not on the bench but on the wall
They didnt seem to be that i noticed. They did seem to have some resistance to turn them. I put the china carb on it to try. Only had one block of wood to test it on here. Once i git it tuned it seemed ok but only made about 8 cuts or so. Will have to get out to bush and run a tank through it to see.Could the screws be walking while running?
I checked the tank vent and it seemed hard to suck air through so i took the screw out the top and it seemed much easyer after that. But dont think that was the issue.Tank vent?
What did he way in at?
Kill it with LOTS OF FIRE [emoji91][emoji91][emoji91][emoji91] I hate spidersStarted pulling down my scrapyard find 50 Rancher today, pulled off the exhaust and unbolted carb and intake, pulled off the cylinder and then this thing crawled out from between the carb and intake manifold, my fingers we're just in there.
Red Back spider, highly venomous.
