He says “my dad wants it gone over, do any repairs it needs oh and he wants it ported”.

My dad and his have the same maintenance routine. Lol. I’m getting smarter I don’t say anything, I walk over to his house take them clean them check stuff out and put them back he doesn’t even know half the time. Haha.

Where you getting a top end from. I just got a quote for a cylinder from Makita and fell off the stool.

Didn't do anything with the top end. Got the intake boot from eBay and I had the carb kit and fuel lines. I buy my carb kits and fuel line on Amazon in bulk

Makita wants $456.00 for piston and Jug. I rebuilt the carb on the saw. Would like to replace piston and jug. Don’t like what I seen in exhaust port

Thank you, been having some trouble finding the right combination, it runs with the black coil and flywheel on it, swap the white coil on and nothing. Got a couple 5100s with a red coil on them, haven't tried that yet with the white coil, any suggestions?
