Yep... we often overlook the simple things and overthink stuff. Propane torch will clean that in two seconds or toss it if you don’t cut on state land.Maybe this is the problem?

I always swap the old black stihl fuel filters for the updated orange ones when I can. Old style lets too much junk through imo.Oh heck ya forgot about that! Same saw that had saw dust all through the carb also had that screen clogged!
Must know what kind of oil they were using and what ratio!!!Maybe this is the problem?

Clamshells are not to be confused with Pro Saws! In the 60 cc class I have my MOFO 360 and my MMWS 362.
Nope...send them to me! I am not a pro!So a McCulloch SP 125s is not a pro saw?

Nice find! We had an fs85r weedwacker and with the non adjustable carb it would do that to the screen too, put the fully adjustable carb and did a minor mm and never hard the problem againMaybe this is the problem?

I tell you honestly right now, this is the first I have ever seen one clogged up, ever! I'll try and find out tomorrow what he is running his mix at. This saw has an adjustable carb with limiters still on it though, so its gotta be the mix ratioNice find!
