Damn that looks good!After two weeks curing with the T. Q. Time to get ready to do a smoke on the side meat. Did a small test today to check for salt. Will pepper the sides now and dry them in the fridge to get ready for the smoker. The fresh tasted awesome!! It will take a couple more weeks yet! I can't wait!
