Perhaps not the same guy. At least he did not go by Paul in the days I knew him.

Rained too much for the smoker this round. Yet, I found a reasonable facsimile thereof, "Ye Ole Dutch Oven & Crock Pot!"

I believe the Turducken is actually a Turkey stuffed with a duck and a chicken (inside the cavity). I saw what looked like multiple meat-grain types. Happy Thanksgiving sir.

There were a lot of other packages but nothing that was even close.

I thought the same but the store they came from doesn't sell anything but choice and select. These might taste like crap. We'll see.
