She made and froze a few casseroles for me.

Hopefully they are not in areas that will see storms tonight. Last I checked they are predicting damaging winds large hail and possible tornados somewhere up here.

They’re in Pipestone. She said they were supposed to have bad weather.

I'm Italian, it's not hard to figure out lol ultimate comfort food in our circle involved home made marinara and bolognese sauce. Garden fresh veggies steamed right and lots of other delicious goodies that relied on the best produce and protein. Meatballs, sausage, braceiole etc.

Well I messed up tonight. Made shrimp again with some steaks all on the grill but forgot to take pictures before we sat down so guess I’ll have to get after pictures tomorrow

Itching for some chicken strips and fries so a few boneless/skinless breasteses and boneless/skinless thighs got cut up and sacrificed to the 350 deg peanut oil gods…

Didn’t have nary…baked my last four spuds the other evening for steak night. Had this half bag of Ore-Ida crinkle cut loitering in the freezer so they got the peanut oil treatment.
