Itching for some chicken strips and fries so a few boneless/skinless breasteses and boneless/skinless thighs got cut up and sacrificed to the 350 deg peanut oil gods…

This late dinner got a 8/10 score.
The main cook wants a rematch next Sunday - it's a deal! :D

Pour a line of drops of olive oil on the crust and scattered about the rest of the pizza. Add thyme and/or italian seasoning, evenly spread 2 cloves of fresh thinly sliced garlic, add crushed red pepper if you like spicy. Cover it with a generous amount of store brand parmesan cheese. Only bake for 12-13min, and give it one more minute with the upper heating element to add some crisp.
