Homemade chicken soup, a ham and pepper jack cheese sandwich, a little bag of chips, and some macaroni salad. Washed down with black cherry seltzer.

Stuffed cabbage rolls mashed potatoes and corn

My grandma made the best cabbage rolls ever. Unfortunately, the recipe and process died with her. I remember the making of cabbage rolls seemed like an all day process. My mom and aunt could never duplicate her awesomeness.

Do you have a good recipe?

My grandma on my moms side sometimes makes them but it does take a while. Best thing we found is a frozen tray of them At gfs aka Gordon food service for like 15 dollars you get about 7-10 servings bake in oven for like an hour and they are done. They are very good

I wasn’t really planning on making anything fun for dinner. Until Joe @Onan18 sent me a pic of some delicious looking shrimp and grits. I told him that looked a lot better what I was thinking about for dinner So here where I’m at. Stuffed pork loin with prosciutto, cheese and mire poix. Butternut squash and probably some steamed broccoli to round things out.
