Made up 8.5 lbs. of fresh breakfast sausage yesterday, so mama decided to have some sausage gravy with biscuits and fried eggs for supper. Yummy!!

8 eggs...four fried, four over easy cut up on top of a plate full of grits with salt/pepper, four pieces of toast. Half a gal of milk to chase it all with.

Late night at the shop and still have to drive an hour and a half one way to deliver a zero turn back. Coffee for breakfast and skipped lunch so figured I would stop for a sandwich.

Lot of people get turned off by sushi but most of them haven't had really good sushi

spam musubi is good too.

Three days in the brine, now it is in the smoker with a full load of apple and pit master pellets.

Wings this evening...20 lemon & pepper and 10 scorcho hot, big ol' order of fries, celery/carrots with ranch and bleu cheese dressing, large sweet tea. Once the tea was gone, half a gal of milk to kill it out. Recliner time.
