I love sushi, but it needs to be good sushi.

Lot of people get turned off by sushi but most of them haven't had really good sushi

Me too. mama makes a 3 qt. casserole dish with corn beef, egg noodles, peas, mushroom soup and milk. and sometimes she adds shredded cheese on top.

I'll occasionally put a small scoop of this on a strip steak. I let the cheese soften to the point that it spreads easily before scooping.
It's pretty damn good.
I put this on baked potatos and cheese burgers as well.

I use a little seasoning salt and some Greek and that is it. My wife won't even get a steak if we go out as they don't even compare to what I make at home.
