Smoked pork loin and chicken with salsa verde, sauté veggies

My wife had a crappy day and wanted an Omelette. So I made her one, with Bacon sautéed green, red and Orange bell peppers, Onions and cheese.

It made her smile.

I love the dark color that comes from dry aging. Those should be exceptional.

Daughter and I hit Moe's Southwest Grill, had a buy any burrito get the second free coupon, so we got'em absolutely loaded with everything. A gut-fillin' meal. Washed it all down with a couple of sweet teas.

This is a Ribeye primal I dry aged for 21 days and cut into steaks.

I like to dry age and cut my own steaks.

She doesn't mind really. She loves for me to cook (although she is the best cook I know). She loves the grilled and smoked items and the occasional new recipe as well.
